What did these people do to their hoods? Is this an aftermarket one? I'm pretty sure these aren't eyelids. I kinda like this mean look it has. I've searched a lot so if this has been covered then my bad.

It's called the "Bad Boy" look. "Bad Boying" is very popular in Europe.

What they do is weld on extra pieces of metal to lengthen the bonnet & then they shape, smooth & paint the extensions so you get a cool mean-looking stare.

haha... yep i've seen a lot of those on peugeots and some fiats. i think it's totally unnecesary and really doesn't look good at all.

yah, i like the look alot.. but me, alex, and all other rd2 guys are screwed when it comes to messing with our headlights.. and if we do mess with em, we still have the lines in the hood, so o well, gotta deal with it somehow.. i have an idea... hehehheh.

I think he bought fiberglass eyelids and had them molded to his hood, I want to do this, I think it looks awesome. Only issue I see is that doesn't a part of the eyelids you buy on like kspec go over the corners too? what are you gonna do there?

Trust me, they weld on metal if it's on a stock hood. Maybe with FG hoods they use FG to extend the hood but I don't think they use eye-lines/eye-brows.
