Nice Lights...
Repainted? You mean the interior of the Tail light, which is normally black? Can i open the tail light without damaging the glas??

yeah the interior. paint it the same color as the car or another color other than cheap plain black plastic. even a glossy black would look better.

im sure you can take it off. how hard is it? i dont know. my friend has a set on his honda civic and he did the same thing. looks a lot better.

looks like I have a few guys who want me to mod em a set, at the cost of getting a set to me to keep. I have the lenses, and was going to use them for a custom tail light project. G35 Style on the OEMS with black covers. But this would be cool and much easier too until I have more time. I could have both sets finished from start to end with haloz and black lenses in a few hours. Only if I have NOTHING else going on that day, but I miss my custom work since I'm so friggin busy these days. That and video games, damn do I miss Halo, and Final Fantasy, lol. I'm like robot now. Wake up, work, go to school, work on flyryde instead of my assignments, come home, work, eat, work, sleep, wake, work, school, work.

LOL get the point?

there nice, but what would look the best is getting those, and getting the kspec tinted covers and replacing those lenses with the kspec ones.. they would look SEX..

Okay, this is something that's been bothering me for awhile (fo RD1s at least, I can't speak for RD2s)...

Here, let's take a look at the euro tail lights

Look at the bulb pattern.

Now, let's look at the OEM replacement smoked ones from KSpec

Again, look at the bulb pattern.

The OEM shape for each light is different than the aftermarket one (most noticably, the reverse one), it just wouldn't work...

Also, if you're tinting the covers anyway, why spend the $70 on the aftermarket tails anyway? You're paying money for the clear cover, but then you're tinting it so you can't see anything anyway? wtf?...

zoned, you dummy. nana.gif

the replacement lenses are just a tinted lense. no sections at all, the entire thing is just clear, but tinted.
