Default what do you use to dry your car?

Yesterday I bought some microfiber towels at pep boys but they sucked, zero absorbancy. So now I've got hard water spots all over my car.
Anyone have a preferred method or specific towel that they use.

Also, driving very fast on the interstate does not prevent water spots, either. laugh.gif

I use one of those silicone water blades, followed up with 100% USA cotton Terrycloth towels. USA cotton is softer than either Asian or Middle East cotton. The Egyptian cotton used for sheets and clothes is much too expensive for towels. The Egyptian cotton used for towels is much lower quality.

the microfiber towels from target work just fine. i forget the brand, but they're purple.

The sun. Rarely do I dry my car but when I do I use terrycloth towels.

I just use a towel and it works pretty good as long as you make sure you get all the water off!
