Default washing my car with bad water

Ok so I want to start hand washing my car but where I live the water it pretty terrible. I think its a bit hard but the real problem is calcium. It gets on everything, its so bad that basically all my dishes have white blotches all over them from it.

So what worries me is will that stay on my car if I use the water to wash it? Id hate to wash my car only to get a bunch of white spots on it.

Anything I can do to neutralize it?

If you have hard water buildup on your dishes, use this in the dishwasher. I'm a skeptic but the guy who recommended it to me was going ga-ga recommending it, so I tried it. The stuff works.

It's the rinse that counts. But the only thing you can do is blow the water off or use a shammy. Still it will leave behind some hardness.

A water softener helps but then it leaves behind salt.

How about some of the Mr Clean auto dry? It may be discontinued though.
