nice hood.. now hopefully it fits along the front of the car.. about 80% of the rd2 VIS hoods fit like ASS on the front of the car. along the sides they look great, and on the front, nothing matches up very well, and there is usually a ~1/2" gap in the middle..

good luck, and it looks nice.. GET IT INSTALLED, lol. only takes like 10 minutes.

VIS is the best hood for RD2. it's light as hell isn't it? you feel the difference when you drive. it feels like a passenger less than none lol.

great buy, i hope everyone else here buys one because they really do look great on RD2's, something that don't look so good on RD1's because of the hood design. Compared to a stock 60hp hood which takes nearly two people to lift, the CF ones weigh 15lbs.

No, i'm pretty with this (like most) you have to relocate your nozzles as per tibby01's DIY.

The VIS comes with holes for window wiper squirters, just buy some universals and your fine.

And the only thing youll have to do is adjust the latch, you dont have to redrill, just adjust the nuts

 

Another thing you can do if there is no holes is, put the pissers on the plastic cowl.....Works nicely, plus its a b**** if you dont use the m at all I know
