Un-tinting tail lights

Can you use paint remover/thinner on VHT Night Shades to remove the tint or do you have to wet sand it off with sand paper?

I have watched diys of gasoline to take it off and it looks like it comes off pretty easily and looks stock at the end.. I might be doing it soon to do the night shades over

If its nothing you want immediately they will fade to clear over time.

????? ^^^^ night shades will hardly fade to clear over time.. Unless you are talking hundreds of years or something o.O

I used thinner and wet sand method. Got it all off on both tails in about an hour total time.

Paint thinner on a rag or paper towel eta 20 mins tops
