I had a body kit put on and for some reason when i pop the trunk from the inside, it doesnt pop open all the way, so i have to get out, go around back and use the key to manualy pop it open. Anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is? Thanks

ya you have to give the thign a firm pull. side note, the gas door, if you dont press it in realy hard, when i go over like 80mph, the damn thing-a-ma-shit opens.

I suggest you guys check the wire that runs along the side of the car for the trunk. I had mine rust and not function properly. I would also check the latch mechanism and lifters if it's not lifting all the way.
