I wanted to touch up some spots on my car, but I spilled some of the paint. I wiped it off best I could using napkins, but I guess that wasn't the brightest idea. Any advice for making it not look so terrible?

Wet sand it off, be carefull not to go past the clear. If you do end up past the clear, be extra carefull not to get past the paint. If you do primer/paint/clear. If you get past the clear, re-clear using a automotive clear. Make sure you use something good, not a cheap wal-mart brand.

what do you mean clear? I just got a small bottle of EB black paint. It spilled, so it you mean Im supposed to sand off the black paint till I get to the clear layer I put it, it can't happn, no clear layer. Or maybe I'm mis-understanding.

Cars come with color paint then a clear layer to seal and protect the paint and give it a glossy appearance. If you sand down past the touchup paint then you'll take off the clear and it'll look even more assy than it does now.
Take it to a bodyshop and cough up the money to fix it and be more careful next time.

Try maybe a clay bar....I did sort of the same thing (spilling paint), it just wasn't very much. I tried wiping up as much as I could while it was wet. Then after it dried a little, I used a clay bar to get of the excess. Worked pretty well IMO.
Try that.

I was told that since my spoiler is sun faded that I could wetsand with high grade and then apply layers of clear coat and wetsand again for a smooth look.
Let me know if its not slightly correct.
