The sticker should go, it would clean it up a lot, it kind of "stops" then racing stripes. Know what I mean?

No, the "non-FX" models (1997 and 1998) got rear drums. (Those are also the 1.8L tibbies). In 1999 they went with all 2.0L and 4 wheel disc brakes at all 4 corners. 1999 is also the first year of non captive rotors. 1997 and 1998 have captive rotors (all 4 on FX or fronts only on base model...sorta hard to have "captive" drums! wink )
