Yeah I hate that too, but for me I found what *usually* happens to make the paint drip is that paint accumulates on my fingertip and drips off. So far I haven't had a single drip on this project. I'm also now using one of the spray adapters which seems to help a lot.

I like it! You should do the hatch and roof the same way. Then get an autobot sticker and call it Bumblebee! laugh.gif J/K

But I do like how it came out. smile.gif

Thanks. I did consider doing the roof and hatch, or doing everything from the windows up, but honestly it's just too much work for something that would be difficult to reverse. lol.

I got nite shades for the tails today though. smile.gif

Hopefully I can get that done in time to submit today for featured ride, but if not there's always next time.

Yeah, that looks really good. If you were to do the windows up in black that would look really, really good.

So I had to PS up what it would look like. Would it look good?

I'm getting a spray gun and I'm leaning towards a single stage rat rod urethane satin black through Eastwood.

The single stage rat rod from eastwood is what I have for the accent here. It goes on smooth and easy as pie. it really is a fantastic paint. There used to be a guy on Crooked H with his tib done like that and It was siiiiiick, I think he wrecked it or something.
