Is there a way to make both high and low beams come on at same time?

Title says all. I want to make it so that my low beams stay on when I turn my highs on. Is there a DIY or if anyone has done it, can you supply directions?

The only hyundais I know that don't do that are those that run a single bulb, such as the accent.

Yes, that's what happens on my accent(s)

I'd guess that having both filaments on at the same time will overheat the bulb/reflector/wiring.
