So I'm thinking of buying a volkswagen switchblade style key fob. An actual one from a VW. I'm tehn going to take my key part out of my shark racing switchblade key (sh!t), and put my cut key into the V dub fob. My next question is... If I get an alarm system, is it possible to program any (IE the V dub) key fob to work with your system?

Don't know why this got switched to exterior at all... but... You can pick one up for about 10-30 bucks. Then I'm going to take my actual key part and put it in the VDub one. But still, is it possible to program the VDub remote to any alarm system or what?
