got a rock chip the size of a dime on the front windshield today, what to do next? anybody had much success with getting it filled early before it spreads with safelite or other company???

 

Go to any professional repair place and have it fixed ASAP. Like, if you can be 1/2 hour late for wherever you were going, get it fixed instead. A chip spread to a crack halfway across my windscreen while we were sitting in church one afternoon. Done properly, you would have to look very carefully to find a repaired chip.
