Do people still stickerbomb their cars or has that fad died? I dont see much of it any more and I look at alot of car show coverage galleries.

Ya know, I havent seen many cars recently that are stickerbombed, a few VW guys still do it other than that i havent seen anybody.
I was thinking about it last month for my Rear Valance but decided it would look bad I think im gonna Vinyl or paint it gloss black instead.

I had a CF hood on my last car and it showed wear at the edges. I accidentally got some body color overspray on it and it looked great. Just enough to give it some color and still let the weave show through. Better than the natural CF look IMHO. If I ever got another I would just paint it body color. CF weave is not what I want as it looks, unpainted.

I was going to paint most of it, but the resin is so thin that I couldn't do much for prep and it flexes so much that the clearcoat was cracking after I resprayed it.
I wasn't excited about stickerbombing it, but honestly it has gotten more positive attention than anything I've ever done to a car. Lots of people from small children to elderly women like it. I would come out of a store and see people standing and staring at it probably one out of five times.
