Default SR Tails

Well, got my tails today.. DAMN SWEET!! Good job guys.. One problem, though.. On the left one, 3 of the studs are a M6-.80, and the third one is some unknown thread.. I have never seen a thread that damn course before, and Home Depot didn't have one.. But, ahh, who cares.. I just tapped a 1/4-20 and fit it on there with some loctite. But lemmie tell you guys thinking about getting these.. DO IT!! They look hella great, and the turn signals are friggin outragiously bright.. DAMN GOOD! You guys are great... To hell with the Flamers! TSR Is great.

I like mine as well, but now I've got condensation in the one on the passenger side. sad.gif Kind of alot and it hasn't gone away yet. Sort of kills the look of them. This never happened with my stock tails or the clear corners. Anyone else have this?

coupe2k, be sure that when you put them back on you tightened the srews tight enought to force the kinda-rubber seal against the rim of the lights. Make sure it is tight around the WHOLE light!!!

A good rule of thumb is to put silicon around any euro lights as well..

Nahh.. It looks like one of the studs was brokern, and they accidentally put the wrong thread stud back on.. It shouldn't be that back.. Alls I know is that was a COURSE ASS stud.. And the silicone idea sounds pretty damn good.. No water leakage yet.. (We have had a Tropical Storm here for about 2 or 3 days now)

Trust me, I made sure they were tight. But the passenger side light wouldn't snug up all the way, no matter what I did.

yamaneko: Are you talking about silicon caulking? How would that look?
