when done right they look great...this is my second set I just got done after a minor fender bender...thank god my insurance didn't pay for them...never been hasselled by the cops the last year I have been running with them even after being pulled over for speeding twice...sounds like you guys are using covers...I have been using polyurethane...

 

Same with me. I've been pulled over and no hassles from the 5-0.
I actually had to trim mine with a dremmel because of my body kit and urethane them on. The double sided tape just didn't cut it.
