What should I do to try and remove all the salt in my engine bay? Its caked on in some spots and scrubbing by hand will take a lot of time. Is there something I can easily spray on, leave for awhile and spray off? My hose nozzle has a mist setting on it so I was thinking I could use that so I dont soak the engine with water.

 

Megs degreaser or wheel cleaner that are acid base. Just make sure to avoid plastic and rubber parts.
