I think it would be great for snowboards/occasional trip to lowes/etc.

my concern is are damage to the car. plus I've got a jeep grand cherokee for beating around, hauling stuff.

btw, lol, when came on the site and hit view new posts, this was the first one I saw and my first thought was "what, I thought I thought I clicked on rdtiburon.com not jeepforum.com"

I have a friend that lifted a subaru legacy a few inches, put on AT tires, and some KC lights on top. Pretty sweet.

They have rally/rallycross north of me about an hour away. I've been wanting to build a tib to compete following the formula above. Too busy with 15 other projects though!

+1 I like it. Its good for going on trips and it you do sports and you have no room for inside the car to put stuff. Also what kind of roof rack is that? I been looking into something like this and i like the way it looks.

Having a no-use, nun functional roof rack is for a VW fanboi, I'm from VA Beach and sometimes you need a roof rack. I.E. Surf board, bikes, etc... I'd rock one on my Tib or Honda anyday, but mine would be put to use.

Ayo, Cookie, did that rack thats made for that red 240 coupe fit on there pretty snug? Summers coming and I need to actually get one.

Exactly man I'm in The va beach area too I'm using to throw a cooler for the day trips to the beach.

The 240 clips fit snug onthe front but they're different on the rear everything else is the same
