Rear Fog Lights
OK, someone posted about this AGES ago... Tried search but cant find it... Anyway....
European rear foglights, Hi-Vis red lights on the rear bumper. I believe that the USA spec Tibs have 2 blanking plates where these should be?
I can source you complete sets including wiring loom and the stock foglight switches (Same as the CC/rearwindow heater, bur for the Front & rear lights) for aprox $150 + $20 shipping...
In Theory, the cables are all there, you just need to hook up the lights and install the switch.. Just like the front fogs...
Rear cable replaces existing cable and bulbs for rear number plate light, and hooks into the loom there...
Anyone interested??

For the USA Spec Tib, there are no holes or plates in the bumper to fit them. The bumper would have to be cut/modified to fit them.
That being said....I've always wanted a set!

Random, OK shout at me if you like but... HmaService shows the 2nd gen rear bumper as either having a rear fog light or a blanking plate... And I have had at least one person ask me about getting these....

USA spec cars do not have that Item #6 or #7 on either side of the license plate. Maybe the Canadian versions might, but I can guarantee you that USA spec cars do not.
I won't yell at ya!

Random is right, there is no provisions on US cars for the rear fog lights. I would also be careful about the wiring pluging right in. I would be very surprised if you could plug into the stock wiring on a US car. So far the Santa Fe is the first Hyundai I have seen that you could just plug into the stock wiring for the front foglights.

All gen1 Tibbies come pre-wired for fog lights. Even if the car did not have them from the factory, you can just buy the fog lights, and the switch, install a fuze, and you've got fog lights.

It did, they just tucked the wires/clips into the frame member so they were hard for him to find.
