What are they made out of? Steel or aluminum or like a high strength low carbon steel alloy? I read some cases about people crashing their cars and the frames getting bent, so Im curious as to what the frames are made out of that makes them crumple easily.

 

They are steel, but they bend like aluminum foil if your not careful where you place the jack!

 

And we don't have frames, its a uni-body design.
