1. sand large area carefully with 400-800 grit sand paper
2. mask off area to be stripped
3. spray paint wait until dry
4. sand down with 800-2000 grit sand paper to remove ridges and make it smooth
5. remove masking and mask off entire large area
6. clear coat wait until cured
7 sand with 800-2000 grit sandpaper.
8. use rubbing compound compound
9. use polishing compound
10. step back and admire your work.

or:

1. buy a vinyl at autozone
2. apply vinyl from autozone
3. step backand admire your work.

automotive paint. make sure it is automotive paint. Go to duplicolor's website for training on their different types of paint.

definitly try it with some vinyl first, it can look great, is even right out of the box so its alot easier then painting, plus if you dont like the look, it peels off. wink1.gif

yes, i would definately do vinyl on our cars.. i think i have only seen ONE tiburon with a stripe that looked good, and it was one stripe, and was offset to one side.. he had a silver car, with a gunmetal stripe.
