Just a quick question.
On a 1st gen where did people run their wires from their halo's
back into the bulb
or over the top of the reflective cover inside the headlight casing?
Also i am wanting to wire them up to where the stock fog lights were (connections) do i just splice the wires or is a fuse necessary??
Thanks
thanks

Unless you thought of something I haven't, you won't be able to have the halos on while your headlights aren't which kinda sux (this can be bypassed with some work though.)
If your Tib has the stock foglight harness, you don't need to worry about putting any other fuses in other than the one in the fuse box.
Perhaps a better idea, wire them in to your parking lights.

ABT, if he wires them directly to the battery and puts in a switch, he can have them on at any time he wants.
Personally, to keep from accidentally draining the hell out of your battery when you leave them on for the day, just wiretap them into the parking light wires.

you don't have to worry about draining the battery, LEDs use nearly NO energy. I've had 6 LEDs worth of CityLights on for 24-7 since last july. (and orange LEDs draw more power than most colors). fear not.

ok thanks
but should i run the wires back into the bulb (their is a small gap) or over the reflective cover.
and i don't see why i can't have them on with my headlights if i wire them to my stock fog light connections??
all i have to do is press the switch...
(i don't want them on all the time when my headlights are on just when i feel the urge)
once again wink
