Here's my car it's black on black I painted them with teflon. We use it on aircraft surfaces that rub together it holds up pretty good. But I'm going to get them powdercoated not sure when.

You're right. I saw glossy gunmetal wheels on someone elses Tib here, and I think it'd look beautiful on the Tib. But maybe graphite would look even better? With gunmetal it'd look like one whole piece, where as graphite would provide some contrast, and would look great with chrome lug nuts/chrome caps.

Clearcoating could cost me a lot though, but it's definitely better than just painting them with Duplicolor from Autozone. I think I was quoted $75 a wheel from a bodyshop.
