Not too hard to do. But those damn clips are a ***CH. My finger tips are kinda ruff right now..hehe...whole process took like 4 hours...I did the back ones also. Two small cans of paint and one small clear coat....Had just enough paint..so I would buy 3 to be safe...

Hey gr8 job!! Red Shark too I see. wink.gif Very I'm thinking about doing that too! Wow looks very cool. Question for ya though, how exactly did you get 'em out and then back in? I've got the painting them part down. Oh and how long did you let 'em dry before putting back in?

Heres a little guide to painting your grills: <Which im sure has been done before>

1) Take off your back <and note which is which and how they face>

2) Use a flat head screwdriver to pry off one side <or use fingers if you are that type of person..ouch..that hurt..>

3) Clean them off

3) Hang and let dry

4) Take off Upper front gril

5) Repeat step 2 & 3 <also noteing that the fins face front wards>

6) Apply first coat to backs

7) Front upper grill should be dry by now

8) Apply first coat

9) As those are drying do lower grill <eazy one>

10) Follow step 5

Note: I applied 4 coats of paint to each <let dry for ballpark 5-9minutes each> Applied 3 coats of Clear coat. Let dry for 10 minutes. Watch hands smile.gif ...look for rubber gloves..damn, no luck..hint hint...unless you clean your clips off ..hint hint..be care....look at it for about 15 minutes...go take a 45minute drive around <going no where> snap a few pictures..email to Random get a reply where it stored...

Take your time....and it will end up great looking..

Total paint use 2 small spay cans. 1 Clear coat small spray can.

How this was help full...
