Default Paint job estimates

Just wondering what kind of estimates some of you have gotten to have your cars repainted. Im looking to have mine resprayed the same color and I want to see what I can expect on the low end versus high.

Depends on the shop....

You could go to Maaco and get a $300 paint job that will last a couple of months, or go to a high end place that will strip the car completely down to the bare body, sand off every last bit of paint & primer, and respray....which could be upwards of $5 grand plus. Then theres everything in the middle.

So you gotta figure out your budget, and take it from there.

^^^ what he said..

you can get a decent job that will last a couple years in good condition for around 1500$ if you know the right people.. or you can get a hit or miss job at maaco (2-stage) for around 1000$ or you can spend 8-10k$ for a REAL nice paint job.
