no, cuz if thats the case, we wouldnt need a stealth bomber, we could just coat any plane with that sh*t
furthermore, even if it did work, a cop isnt stupid and would just guess on how fast you were going
same thing happens with radar scramblers, i can judge if a guy is goin 55 or if hes going 85 rather easily, so if i was a cop and my radar said error or some sh*t when someone fly's past, im probably gonna pull him over
