ok soo heres the thing, i just got a set of euro tails for my tib, well i put them in and showed my father and, hes saying that they are too bright,i personnally don't think they are but anyways i haven't heard of anybody getting a ticket for that but he thinks i will, i was wondering if anybody knew if you can actually get a ticket for the taillights being to bright if somebody could let me know that would be great thanks

I have some and there super bright aswell..but I have never heard of getting a ticket for having manditory light to bright.

yea ive never seen or heard of anybody getting a ticket for thier tailights beeing to bright at night. i would think that it would be a good thing so the person behind you can actually tell when your breaking lol

Yeah, that's about the most absurd thing I've heard of. The tails are red, so they won't hurt your nightvision, and the brighter they are, the more emphasis they give to the fact that you're breaking.
Don't worry about it, if you do, ask the police. If they say it's too bright you can put something like tinting on them to 1. make it look really cool and 2. to darken it.

If the tail lights are DOT approved then they wont pull you over no matter how bright they are.

just so long as the brake lights are noticibly brighter than the running lights, you should be ok. I prefer bright lights, too many people around here never notice you braking until it is almost too late.
