Urethane kits are more "durable" but they are also 10 Times more expensive to produce.(inital mould costs are aroun $80K to $200K for a complex kit).

Fibre glass kits are cheaper to repair, but are also more fragile.

It is all a trade off. If you want a urethane kit, your only option is the Wings West kit.

All the other kits I know of are fiberglass or PRF (Plastic Reinforced Fiberglass).

Fiberglass is also usually lighter than Urethane.

Either Fiberglass or PRF(FRP).

Urethane is just too damn expensive to make moulds for...

It depends...how good are you at body work?

Have you ever removed/re-installed a bumper before?

In reality, if you have problems, you should just bolt the stock bumper back on and let a pro do it. If it goes smoothly...you should be able to do it yourself.

I would always reccomend TRYING it yourself first. Waste a saturday by trying it yourself, if it doesn't fit...put the stock unit back on and take it to a auto body shop.

If you are worried about screwing it up...take it to the auto body shop...
