I'll go ahead and do the research since no one else will.
The picture says www.twoyo.co.kr on it, so I go there.
http://www.twoyo.co.kr/
Then I scroll down to the pictures and find one of a RD1.
There isn't one. So I click on the RD2 picture for one and then backtrack from there.

Zefiro Turby Edition

^^^
All RD2 Kits. Hey, some nice ones there!
Here I find that the RD1's are listed seperately, so I go through all of the links at the top, excluding the XD one because we know that's an elantra, and going to the ones with the MOST items first, as the RD1 was POPULAR.
What do you know, 3rd one is a charm (26)...

Then you click on a pic to go INTO the bodykit, and under the picture are three buttons. Hit the middle button to see more pics.
This one is pretty hideous. Is that it?

Nope. Oh, here it is, even worse.

And about $600 bucks.
Now, since it's ENGLISH name isn't listed, you have choices.
1. Send the link to any of the Korean translation folks here on the site and hope they contact you about it.
2. Translate it yourself online and laugh at the results.
3. Copy and paste some of the info into google to see if you can come up with it there.
I pick 3.
I copy the title for that car...
í‹°ë·°ë¡*(스틸하트)
Google Results.
After looking a little bit, and combining methods 3 and 2, I find that the answer is right in freaking front of you.
Look at the licence plate. Steel Heart.
It's the Steel Heart kit.
You can also do the 'Source Code' cheat.
Find a page with the item you want, look at the source code, you often will find the picture titled in english because of the software they use to run their sites, they don't like Hangul for image tags.
