Yes (both). However painting adds $125 Us Funds though. I'd also worry that the UK paint codes might be slightly different than USA paint codes. For the price, you'd be better off getting it painted locally to match.

if you notice in the photos on their website, and on zorro's photos, it doesn't fit the gen1 quite right. My guess is that it is MADE for the gen2, but that they sell it for both.
Either way, I'm sure the fitment would be similar to what you see in those photos. Some extra fiberglass and some sanding work would make it look flush.
