I just got these yesterday, and installed them last night and tooks pics this morning. They may be up for sale because I had an idea for the stock tails and i tested it out last night and i like it a lot. so these may be up for sale very soon lol. I like them and the fitment is good...i just like my new idea better fing02.gif also...I saw an area where the problems with the water gettin in may be.

Water problem
they have 4 of these around the light and they are half a**ed when it comes to sealing it so i put some sealer on them. Came out this morning and not a drop of condensation smile.gif

Here is my idea for my stockers...I want to paint the red part with nightshades, so i bought some of that paint that is washable(works great btw) and i tested it out. it took me literally like 30 seconds lol I just needed an idea i didnt need it perfect.

Stockers
This stuff dries very quick but i accidently touched it before it did lol but u get the idea. and it washes off with soap and water. Wont wash off in rain it says

I have the same taillights that you got and I plan on tinting them with like a charcoal tint to give them the blacked out look. I think that will look good with the black background of the taillights.

I do like the stock painted look, paint just needs to be smoother(SP). Looks a little rough.

If you rather tint the stock tails with like a charcoal tint check out Lamin-x.com. I plan on getting the smoked tint for my black tails.

and what are the chances they make overlays for the tiburon, lol.. just using some type of tint sheet to do it, will be hard as a biotch to do.. i tried doing it with my headlights.. no worky, i want tinted headlights REALLLy bad, but it dont work to well..

and nightshades suxors, so getting a black clearcoat (candy black, or charcoal) would be the best option for tinted lights.

with those tails, homey, ive always thought if they had the actual signal lens, not the exterior lens, tinted a lil darker that RED, white, and white, it would look 100000X better..

You can buy them in like a bulk sheet which is like 16" by 24", so you just lay it on there and cut the extra off. I plan on doing it(trying it) in the next month.

It is a adhesive back to the tint, and can peel of to fix the tint. once I do it I will post pics. Plus the contour of the lens shouldn't be that hard to lay the tint over it and set it in place to work.

I have those same altezzas and they do fit a ltitle off on the outsides but so far they don't let water in. I used the stock rubber gasket instead of the one that came with it because it seems to seal better.
