They will, You just need to get 2 lines of 100 degree viewing angle LEDs.
Also, LEDs can change colors. You don't need to buy red or blue. If you're in the mood for purple you can dial in the setting.

For the exterior, I personally prefer led's, Mostly because they're harder to break, and they have options like changing colors, patterns and flashing. They're also brighter, BUT, they are directional lights, and not a "glow" like neon. As for the interior, led's can be placed, and hidden very easily. You are only trying to hide a 5mm circle, instead of a 10 inch tube.
So my advice; for the exterior go with led tubes,because of functionality. For the interior, go for single led's if you plan on putting ANY leds anywhere else, or want a clean look. If you just want a fancy light, to impress the girls, get a neon or led tube, which ever is cheapest i guess. Hope this helps

only problem i see with individual leds is i think sence i don't have a ton of expereince it will be hard for me to wire instead with noens it is alot less wires then 40 leds idk i can't install that kinda stuff i guess neons i guess will just be easier

Most people who install LEDs usually buy the LED tubes which are exactally like the neon counterparts. If you decide to do a bunch of single LEDs, you can find out a bit more by clicking on my signature. You can also use 3MM LEDs which would be a better option for conceling them.

LED's all the way. they're more duarble and some of the kits can be cut to custom lengths for some sweet effects. Just be wary if you're going red or blue. If you get pulled over for driving with red or blue in the front or interior you can score yourself a sweet 1800 dollar ticket for impersonating a police officer. i wired mine so the front is on a different switch than the rest.

ya idk i know there is no way i will be able to get the effect u got myself even though i wish i could it looks awsome. i'll prob end up just getting a outside neon kit or led tubes which ever is brightest and cheapest then in the inside i will prob just do underdash and under seats just to get a nice glow or something did u say earlier that u sell those halos for heater vents and if u do how much cause they look really custom and clean. thanks guys for all the help by the way...
