I just installed side-markers and the led windshield washers, and at night all you see is hyper whites on the hood, the side and the front of my ride, they are sweet. But I just heard that the led washers are illegal. Is that true? I had few cops pull up next to me and look and just pass by on the way to the movies last night but they didn't pull me over or anything. So are they in accordance to the law illegal?

 

Certian color of washer lights are illegal. White is legal.

 

well I have some red ones, but I installed an independant switch for them to turn on
and off whenever, I live in Texas, and here I think most colors are against the law to have on while your driving. if youare parked or something like that its ok, and they tend to crack down on red and blue the most
