QUOTE (StrikeEagle @ Feb 28 2007, 09:27 PM)
Link to the bulbs I got: eBay

I got the exact same ones as Strike. Took about a week as well. They were $4.80 shipped, about 1/3 the price of the PIAA's. Just thought Id post pics in case anyone wondered what they looked like.

I'll put some pics of mine with the HIDs and white LED clear corners, once I figure out where the short is on my passenger side lights. They look -really- good all together.

Check them regularly. I didn't know mine were starting to go bad until someone on the road said to "turn those flashing lights off!" I had no idea what they were talking about until I took a look-- one or two of the LEDs in each cluster were already dead after a few weeks, and the remaining ones were flashing like crazy.

You get what you pay for.

^^^ Mine have been in since March 10th, no problems so far, but thanks for the heads up just in case. You get the exact same ones?

I tried to look for a DIY on how to replace these. How do you do it?

get a philips screwdriver and on the outside of the indicator there is a small screw, unscrew it, slide out the indicator from the bumper (has 2 little slabs of plastic on the inside which just slide in, so sorta pull out and away from the center of the bumper)

and then just unscrew the bulb from the indicator, like quarter or half turn and then just pull out the old bulb and put in the new ones

i got high intensity LED's for like half a year and they still work great, even with all the moisture in my indicator, just replaced those before winter too 02.gif

get quality LED's and they'll last you a loooong time
