How are body kits created.. Like lets say I have this crazy good idea for a kit.. etc Exact dimension's and everything.. do these groups/companies buy huge machines and put in the drawings and it spits it out??
Or do they make a frame out of crap and put stretch fiberglass over it??? totally clueless on this but interested!

There are many, many different ways body kits are made. However...to start you off,
fibreglass does not stretch. It is layed down layer by layer.
Urathane is usually injection molded.

Ok.. How is anyone of the kits made then.. like the zeffro kit.. or cuda kit.. is it like a steel mold and they inject urathane in it..or is it pieces of wood put together and then fiberglass layed over it?

The materials are made different ways.
What exactally are you looking for, what exactly do you want to know? The more specific your question, the more specific our answer can be to you
Urathane kits are injection molded between layers of just about anything that the Urathane won't stick to! Usually 2 pieces of light metal (aluminum).
"good" fiberglass is reinforced with layers of sprayed or melted plastic...and is not layered on wood, as it would stick to wood.
