Default Ive decided to get this exact paint job

I bought all the paint, primer, mixers, and supplies. My friend and I are gonna do it in his garage sometime in the next month. We're gonna take our time and really make sure the prep is down perfect. I like black and blue 2 tone, but around here everyone does it top to bottom. No one has it from front to back. So it may not be everyones cup of tea but it is different and I can say it was done by me personally instead of paying a shop thousands of dollars to do it.

It will look exactly like this below except without the blue lines around the rear fenders and rear bumper.

Honestly think about how you going to do that feathered edge, if you just do straight taped lines it will not even look close to being the same.

It is a neat paint job for sure but are you sure you want to copy the exact color ? I would at least mix up the color if you keep the same pattern. The reason most go top to botoom is iti is easier to trick the eye with the fade job then the paint shown there. If you got the skills go for it. Your car you should do what you like to it! I want to see a tib in the american flag fade out from front to back personally but don't think I will ever see it and I don't have the skills to do it right
