it really pisses me off that all of the decent looking bodykits aren't available for the usa, i honestly can't find anything that would be considered one off or different. My question is where do you find a bodykit that hasn't been done a million times before; i have been very cautious of ordering things from the internet due to the fact that some people don't come through and sending a thousand dollars to korea or europe doesn't strike me as smart, can anyone help me out and tell me what i should expect if i choose to go that route-thanks myles

The simple answer is you cant get the good ones easy. If you want a bodykit I would look untill you find you you aposute want then save for it. Try to get it from Korea is the hard part. Mabe Mad-John could sujects an importer.

Lotus, are you going to do this yourself then? (Making the bodykit out of fg, besides your dash?)

 

They have some decent stuff in Europe.

Try the Italian/ German/ Belgian suppliers if you're worried about sending cash to Korea.

 

You dont have to make one out of fiberglass but what you can do is, MOD one that has a similar fit this way you dont have to cut it up too much wink1.gif ...PLus making your own would require Alot of time, but when I did do it I used a chemical resistant and easy to sand foam...Worked great!!

I haven't quite decided just yet - maybe eventually, but it's not on the immediate agenda. Nothing that i would make a mold of and sell, or anything like that lol Just like what was mentioned above, it would be a huge headache and take up an enormous amount of time/sanity... thanks ma'am, i just want something different because i am tired of seeing cuda's and the vieilside or whatever the hell it is, but i've seen the boomer and it looks like a cross between zefiro and bomex but i'm not sure about the quality of the kit so....

i was thinking, maybe i should just convert the front end of the tiburon into a 2000 or 2001. i need a hood already so i think it might be worth it. the things i would need are a front bumper, hood and the lighting right?
