If it's for looks and not actual weight reduction why not foam out your own mold and fiberglass it?
Go watch the 240Z challenge on Car Warriors (should be on hulu.) They turned a Z into the Mach 5 doing this and it looked bad ass. Heavy as a set of concrete testicles in an iron scrotum I bet though, so function is gone.

@Chris post up a picture or two. Eventually I want my car completely wide body'd out. At this point looks like it will have to be all custom custom. Be great to do it all in metal. Least that way it could take a hell of a beating.
