We used to own a 1992 Excel. Wonderful car, a bit uneasy on the highway but still great. I haven't seen one thing, but you might want to try the Scoupe forums. They have the same bumpers. i ran into it a few months ago but i can't seem to find it again. it was a huge forum, with a lot of knowledge.
if you need help with the swap, worth a try bugging "dweet". i'm sure if you PM him he'll get an e-mail notification.

The 4g63 is a very common swap actually for the Excel. So is the Turbo S-coupe engine. Actually, the S-coupe engine would most likely be a way easier swap than a 4g63, but you'll obviously get a hell of alot more power from that one over the S-coupe.
As for kits, there are some Australian & Korean companies (GT Autostyle is one that comes to mind actually) that might have them, but you'll pay an insane amount to have the kits shipped to the states. You're option is to find some Accent sideskirts, and maybe a nice front lip. You could always build your own also out of shaping foam and fiberglass. Alot of people have done it, and have come out with amazing results.
