Right now Im running 6K's. If I wanted to go up to an 8K, do I have change ballasts or can I just get 8K bulbs?

You will just need bulbs. I have some h7 ultra blue Let me know if you are interested. I would let them go for $60.

Wait. You have a rd1. Not sure if the bulbs will fit.

rd1 bulbs are 9006. they won't fit.

If the connectors are the same you can get a pair of bulbs here for $10+ shipping.

^yeah. DDM will ship you a set for $22. Just got a set of 4,500k today actually. Trying to go opposite you and get a whiter light than i currently have with the 6k.

I got 5000k for my 2001 tiburon, low beam, high beam and fog lights. I love them. The color looks OEM and they are f***ing BRIGHT with all of them on!!!!
