HID Headlight Adjustment
Whats the best way to adjust HID headlights so they are even and give good dispersion? Park in front of a wall and adjust them while they’re turned on or some other way? And should they be pointing more towards the ground or more upwards? I want the furthest length I can get with them without blinding too many people.

Same as your OEM headlight adjustment. Follow the procedures listed there (hmaservice.com). Basically a guess and check type of deal, you're supposed to park facing a wall (somewhere dark) pop the hood, flip headlights on, and start adjusting the alignment screws on the headlight housing itself until your beam height is even between left and right. There may be bubble levels on the headlights that you center in order to get back to OEM specs.
