Maybe you wired it wrong, and shorted out?
Or something broke inside?

Check your fuses.

And take a picture of the actuator and exactly where it's installed on the door. If you don't have them install properly it will break because it can't pop the locks open.

Did you buy ebay ones?

All fuses are fine. I finally got it to open but every so often it locks and wont. The actuator is Autoloc and works fine its installed directly = paralell to the stock rod. Been testing it for the last few hours and seems to be ok now. I dont know what the problem was but hopefully it wont happen again.

i have somewhat the same problem when i first installed mine... i just WD-40'd the stock rod part that touches the frame/insulations... never had an issue ever since

oh yeah, also how's your battery? does it have good juice still? when my battery was weak, my power door lock engages halfway and doesn't have enough power to push/pull the entire rod

The battery is only a few months old and should be ok. Although ive been wondering lately if its getting a little weak with all the stuff i have running off of it. Just waiting for it to give out a little bit so i can take it back and get an Optima.

Ok i figured out what it is not that i took the actuator off and it still is doing. Tried some WD-40 and still doesnt work. Took the cover off of it just a few min ago and well the piece that moves the door latch isnt catching. Nothing has changed and i cant figure out if there is a way to adjust it. So given that i have just a few more questions.
1. Is there a way to adjust the locking/latch mechanism? If No then
2. Is the assembly a dealer only part? Looked on webtech and couldnt find a part #
3. If not a dealer only part does anyone know where i can get one.
And if anyone knows since i have the door poppers if i mount those do i really need a new one? since ill be taking that part out anyhow. Sorry for all the questions im just a little frustrated with the Tib right now!

ANY info is greatly appreciated as always
