Don’t know anything about spray guns other than for best results, you should use an HVLP. I’m just starting out and learning how to paint so I want something that’s good for a n00b but will also allow me to grow into it and not prohibit my learning

"Best" is subjective. If you are using mostly light/low solids paint then an HVLP set might be easier to not screw up with as a beginner.
