Hi guys,

is there someone who did this with the frontbumper of a tibby?I was wondering how it looks like.
I'm talking about the small metal bars, I thinking about replacing the mesh by this, your opinions please! cool.gif

 

A lot of people have bumpers with big vents like that, but I haven't seen any tat have bars across like those do. Personally I find it kind of ugly.

 

As a fellow Dutchie I shoul say, Don't do it!!

 

And if I'd place them vertically?the rd2 has 3 plastic bars already(see picture)if I place them in front of them a bit more to the front of the bumper?

i REALLY dislike the whole 'bar' look. the ones on tha red car are like bent, and that looks fugly.. i say it would be a waste of time, and still not look very good, IMO.

 

Ones on the blue car don't look half bad, they'd only look right going horizontal IMO. If it had other chromey metal accents like that other it might look OK.

 

its hard to say if its gonna look good with that blue car itself being so ugly. I think it wouldnt look too bad but its going to be hard to pull it off right. It's either gonna look pretty good if done right or really ricey and crappy if not.

 

Im sorry, but think that's a bad idea. It just won't look right.

 

i'd say it's worthless, pointless, and rice. it will make it worse than it currently is. i like that your mind is flexible but put your money and time toward better things, like an F2 Bumper (if possible for once).

if you toyed around with a ferrari looking grille, that wouldn't look half bad, but that would also serve no purpose.
