Correct Mad, fenders are the same on both.

You need...

Headlights, bumper, bumper support, clear corners, radiator support, hood.

I think thats' it.

 

well, if he is going for the Cuda kit.. he can probably drop the need for the bumper cover.. and he MIGHT be able to mod the stock bumper support to work with the kit.

 

Well, I think the fenders would hav to be replaced. The Clear corners from both models are differnt, in the small angel on the fender.. either that, or I am geometerically challenged.

The reason why the corners are different is because of the headlights.

Yup. Sam from Shark Racing did a full 1st 2 2nd Gen Conversion, the front fenders are the SAME.

 

Yup, again, the fenders are the same.. you need the radiator support, lights, bumper, support, and i'm sure i'm forgetting something, BUT.

Basically. use www.hmaservice.com/webtech as a reference as far as part numbers, and a break-away view of the front ends of both cars go. with a donor car, or a front clip from another tib this would be pretty simple.. you could source all the parts from www.car-part.com, or find someone w/ a 2nd gen, wanting a 1st gen front end.

 

definatly do NOT trash the parts you pull off... even the radiator support.. I am certain you can find a buyer for everything
