Default Fog Light Wiring

My tib. didnt come with fog lights but, I was told that the wiring should be there anyway. I looked all around the fog light location but didnt see any type of unused wiring, where would it be or is it even there? What about the wiring for the fog light switch, is it in the dash somewhere?

I had my foglights installed when I bought my Elantra, I was told that a new light switch/turn signal lever had to be used since it would also be used to turn on/off the foglights. The stock lever doesn't have the switch to give the fogs power...
Unfortunately, I don't know about the Tiburons.

Since the car isnt pre-wired for the fog lights, I could still wire the factory fogs myself but I havent seen the bulbs, how many prongs are they 2-3? If 3, what is the 3rd prong for? Of course 1 for power and 2 for ground...
