Its hard to tell how bad it really used to be in the following picture, but it gives you an idea.

These are from a few different times during the process. The first part isnt photographed, but i had to use coarse fiberglass to fill the big holes first.

i have alot more work to do but it is turning out great. i have taken the bumper on and off prolly a hundred times headshake.gif .
Next i am going to make the side parts of the bumper fit better.
Then more fiber and then smoothing the hole thing out, and primer.

Im guessing you're filling in gaps under the tail lights? Hard to tell from the first pic since its so pixelated.
You should shave that keyhole too to give it a smoother appearance. wink.gif

Looks a lot better than before. Now get out there and keep sanding! It's a pain but it'll be worth it in the end.
P.S. - I say shave the key hole, I never use the key to open the trunk anyway.

Looks good, I do however have a couple questions for you.
I see your using putty, and short strand fiberglass resin. Is there anything else your using? What did you do to the bumper to prepare it for this? I've never seen body filler or fiber resin stick to plastic before it starts to crack and rise from the sun and the expansion and contraction of the plastic.
If you tackled this, I'm sure you could tackle the evo hood tongue.gif
