Fibergalss
Putting ANY body kit on your car and driving it during the winter is not good. Why spend all that money on the kit, painting, and installation, and then have it ruined by snow and salt. Not worth it. If you go that route, I would save up and get a cheap winter car or something.

The fiberglass itself will not be damaged by snow/salt as long as it is completely painted/sealed.
Heavy snow and a low overhanging front or back end spells fiberglass damage waiting to happen.
Deep slush can actualy rip the body kit right off.
Lastly...1" of snow can hide depressions and potholes that cause you to bottom out damaging your Body kit.
If it is the 'high' body kit style like the MIRA EVO front end for the tibby, you probably won't have any problems. But a Low Kit like the Club GTR design will probably be damaged...

Uhh you mean you're going to get them and ride with them primered for two years??
Dude instead of doing that just spend your money on suspension items like springs and new struts and sway bars. That way you drop the car and it still looks good unlike a car with primered ground effects.

I would lay down a couple of coats of primer first before you install the kit. It would be okay...but if it will take you 2 years to save up for a paintjob, I reccomend holding off buying the kit until you can have it painted. Or get a night/second/new job!
I live in Texas, we can't even spell snowe or iyce. We might get 1/4 inch of ice and no snow at most, for one day, out of every year. But, I have to wake up at 4AM to wash my car; when there is shade and while it is not hot.
