Fast Blinking Lights...
Ok, I have been wondering about this for the longest time....
You know how Hondas and Acuras can make their turn signal lights blink faster by crossing the wires? Well, last year my best friend did it to his Integra. Our friend with a Jeep Cherokee wanted to do it also. So we crossed his wires and it totally screwed his lights. Has anyone ever tried doing this to their Hyundai? Specifically an Elantra? I want fast blinking lights, but I don't know if I should try it or not. So, I thought I would ask my Sharks....What do you think? Please help me out...
Thanks!

I did it to my 1st gen Tib. I didn't cross no wire though, I just cut the negative leads on both the front turn signals and viola! instant fast blinkers Ala Mickey Mouse.
You can try it just make sure you if decide to cut the negative wires you don't cut it too close to the harness that retains the light bulb, so that you can later splice and re-connect the cut wires. You can also first try this fast blinker shiznet by disconnecting the harness or the bulb of one of the front turn signals and then fire up the turn signal that remains connected, if it blinks fast then you can proceed to cut the negative wires if you wish. Make sure you wrape the cut wires with electrical tape just as a precaution.
Hope it works
for you

I dig it.....I gotz clear corners with blue bulbs in there, and I gotz those silly light up blue washer nozzles on my hood, plus the strobes are blue......put that all together, and you got my Blue Light Special.
But seriously, I like strobes on any car. I don't have them on all the time, but I hooked a switch up in the dash to control it.

Whuss Up Importracer!
I got the Quick Flash unit on my elantra
its easy to install takes 15 min to install.
Check out www.autoindulgence.com they go for
around $55 bucks plus their the ones that did the lights in Fast and Furious.
Ask for Pierre he hooked me up, when you hook em' up they stop that annoying clicking sound you get with the factory flasher.
I also disconnected my door chime too,so I can leave the doors open hear my music and wax the ride.
