Is there any? I have some little chips by my tails...and I'm PISSED!!!!!! it's a 2k with almost 21k on it...do I have a case to bitch?

I had the same thing happen on my first gen Tibby, I took it to the dealership and after talking to them about it they repainted just the spots where it was peeling and then repolished the new area's in. A whole new paint job would have been better but what can you do!

 

How long was it after you bought it? And also milege on it? So I can have a little info. as leverage... Thanks for the ONLY reply. )

 

The spoiler on my first-gen began to develop fine bubbles and cracks in the paint just after it passed the 3-year mark. So the full coverage technically wasn't there anymore, but I took it in regardless, and the dealership repainted the spoiler free. It's just going to depend on how customer-service oriented your dealership is.

 

Mine was just after the 3 yaer mark too with about 64,000 KILOMETERS on it!

 

So I should have no issues since it's a 2k and @20,000 miles. Maybe I can get them to repaint the little area where that drunk ***ch hit me and sped off...or I can talk with the painter..and do a side deal.. )
